How do I unlock Kupfra?
Open Settings in the app and tap Unlock everything, or open any locked feature. Choose Weekly, Monthly or Lifetime and confirm with Apple. The unlock adds every stair type, every calculator, design options, the materials and cost estimate, client PDFs, PDF and text export, camera measuring and unlimited projects, and removes ads. The price of each option is shown in your currency before you buy.
I paid but the app still shows locked. What now?
Tap Restore purchases on the unlock screen, or in Settings. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that bought it. If it still does not unlock, email us with the order ID from your Apple receipt.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Kupfra. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime purchase does not renew.
Where do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change units, stair guidance or the electrical standard?
Units (metric or imperial) and stair guidance (DIN 18065, the US IRC or the English Approved Document K) are in Settings. Both start from your device's region. Electrical calculators let you choose IEC 60364, BS 7671 or the NEC, the conductor material, the insulation and the installation method for each calculation.
Which languages does Kupfra support?
45 languages: Arabic, Bengali, Catalan, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Korean, Malay, Malayalam, Marathi, Norwegian Bokmål, Odia, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu and Vietnamese. Kupfra follows your device's language.
How do I put my logo and company name on a client PDF?
Open Settings, then Your company. Add your company name, contact details and logo. They appear on the client PDF of a stair design. Your logo and details stay on your device.
The camera will not measure.
Camera measuring needs camera access: turn it on for Kupfra in the Settings app, under Kupfra. It also needs a device that supports ARKit world tracking, and works best in good light with the floor and the floor above in view. You can always type the values instead, and you should check any camera value with a tape.
Are the results safe to build from?
They are guidance for planning. Check your local building code before you build, and have electrical work signed off by a qualified electrician. See the terms.
Are my projects backed up or shared between devices?
No. Projects are stored on your device only, and Kupfra does not sync them through iCloud. A device backup made by Apple may include the app's data.
How many projects can I save for free?
Up to 3. The unlock removes the limit.
